Stages of Processing
Greasy Sorting of Wool
In the first stage of processing, we sort and grade the wool in different colors to be able to prepare the lot for scouring stage so no major color fibre gets mixed into the whole lot, and quality and color grade after scouring is maintianed.

Scouring
In the second stage of process, the wool undergoes through scouring line, to remove all the dirt and greasiness of the wool out of it.
Resorting of Wool
In the third stage of process flow, the wool after scouring is again sorted, and if any more other grade wool is mixed in the lot, is sorted out.

Final Check and Bale Pressing
In this final process the wool is again verified and tested lot wise to check quality and then is pressed in compressed Bales to be able to supply it to the customer who can directly put this wool onto their spinning card to make yarn out of it.
